Urgency – the original includes the deadline but in a straightforward manner that does not fully capture the need to act fast, so my new title adds the exclamation mark to add a subtle but effective call to action.
Overall, my new proposed title is is more effective because it not only provides all the necessary information but also engages and motivates candidates by framing the internship as a significant career opportunity. It’s clear, specific, and makes better use of action-oriented language to attract candidates who are eager to start or advance their careers in corporate sales with Scalar Tech Media.
