Mentioning the exact amount of stipend in the title could be a double-edged sword because while it is often a selling point, it could shift the focus away from the experience and learning, and instead lead to an applicant pool driven solely by money that would overlook their lack of experience or other requirements for the job. I chose instead to mention that it is paid, to keep the interest (drive the engagement) but let the candidates first read about the amazing opportunity and requirements and then get to the financial compensation. Instead, this title is clear and direct, emphasises the HR focus and provides the overview of what this opportunity is, like role, company, location, without overwhelming the reader too much with the stipend.

    Engagement – Instead of monetary aspect, I used action-oriented phrase “Step into HR” to engage the candidates to begin their career with Paisabazaar, it conveys a sense of opportunity and growth, which is likely to attract ambitious candidates looking to build a career, rather than those that are driven primarily by financial gain.

    Specificity – the original title is specific with finances but lacks the information about the location, which is important for a lot of candidates, so I decided to add that and also a year and also that it is a paid opportunity.

    Brand recognition – Paisabazaar is mentioned upfront, which is good for brand recognition, but the rest of the title doesn’t leverage the brand’s reputation as effectively, so I decided to position the name at the beginning to leverage it and associate it with positive HR opportunity.

    Urgency – my title adds a bit of dynamic urgency to encourage candidates to act now.
