Stock Audits & Asset Management
- Conduct regular warehouse stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage asset tagging, tracking gaps, and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for streamlined asset management and reconciliation.
Purchase-to-Payables Process
- Oversee procurement and vendor payment cycles following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record vendor invoices, validate goods receipt, and process payments.
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs and reconcile vendor payments with invoices and GST credits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST and TDS.
