Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support line managers with annual HR processes, including performance evaluations, awards, bonuses, compensation, potential assessment, and succession planning.
- Provide daily guidance on performance management, including career development, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Assess and oversee training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
- Work closely with management and staff to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance retention and productivity.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough, fair investigations.
- Monitor staff escalations and implement preventative measures.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle.
- Focus on HR-related projects.
