Roles & Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new workers.
- Helping the supervisor with efforts related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Offering support in the development of imaginative training program presentations.
- Conducting evaluations of learning outcomes both before and after training.
- Working together with staff members to ensure performance management system (PMS) tasks are completed on time.
- Using MIS to update and maintain accurate data.
- Endorsing online training programs and digital learning initiatives.
- Documenting and maintaining data regarding virtual instruction sessions.
- Assisting the supervisor with benchmarking and research tasks.
- Organizing training attendance and feedback in collaboration with the IT department.
- Planning games and icebreakers for instructional sessions.
- Gathering and arranging presentation materials and pictures from events.
